#29: Jamie Walters
Jamie Walters stole and then broke our hearts as the turbulent Ray Pruit in Beverly Hills, 90210. Much like his character on the show, Walter had a successful career as a musician in the mid-90s. Walters sang the theme song for The Heights, “How Do You Talk to an Angel”. The song hit number one on the charts in 1992 and earned him an Emmy nomination.
In 1994 he made a debut, self-titled album that sold over one million copies and was certified platinum. He created another album, Ride, in 1997 that was certified gold and then a third album in 2002. That same year, Walters decided to become a firefighter and paramedic. In 2009, he appeared on Confessions of a Teen Idol, in an attempt to resurrect his singing career.
