11. Finally, Been Holding That In For Years
Ever watch a friend date a complete jerk who walks all over them, treats them like crap, or is just in general not a good match? Out of support for our friends, there is only one thing we can do; keep our mouths shut, cheer them on, and support them, because they just won’t listen to your opinion during this time, and you want to let them live their own life.
Honesty hurts sometimes, but after a harsh breakup, these negative opinions can be really validating! No, really, take care of your friends. If you think there’s something off with their partner, maybe at least try to diplomatically warn them of the red flags. Even then you probably kept some thoughts to yourself though, so being able to loudly state your opinion without filter has got to be pretty cathartic.
