Fake snow made of asbestos? Now, that’s what I call a winter wonderland disaster! It’s crazy to think that something as dangerous as asbestos was once used as a prop in Hollywood. The studios were more concerned about the possibility of a fire breaking out than the health risks to their employees.

I can’t even imagine what it must have been like for those actors inhaling all that toxic material. It’s good that we’ve come a long way regarding workplace safety since then. But let’s be real; I wouldn’t be surprised if there were even more dangerous props and sets out there.
