In case you didn’t know, tree ornaments are a big deal in some families. There are plenty of traditions surrounding Christmas ornaments, most of which are pretty sweet. The OP’s mom collects special ornaments that resemble their family pets. After a family pet passes away, they can still join in the festivities by hanging out on the tree. How sweet is that? We love that these beloved members of the family are memorialized every Christmas in the form of fun ornaments.
