Kids tend to be naïve and believe all kinds of tales and legends, but our absolute favorite one as kids is Santa Claus, the father of Christmas. Writing a letter to Santa is a beloved Christmas custom, and we’ve never realized (until now) how funny and creative those letters could get! Here are some pearls of wisdom and amusing requests kids made in their letters to Santa.
#1: Why 29?
This kid knows what he wants, and evidently, what he wants is to be a rapper – what’s with the gold watch and golden chains (and three of them, no less)? we can get on board with the PS4 and the hoverboard, but what’s up with the jewelry? In our days, all we wanted from Santa were dolls and toys, Lego, and perhaps a basketball hoop in the backyard.
Kids these days have some pretty ambitious requests from Santa. And we can’t ignore number five on the list – if he wants 29 dollars to buy something particular, why not us for this thing? Something’s very fishy here! This revised list makes us wonder what the kid had on his original list – is this the abridged list, or the full one?
