Personal Eating Habits
Some people want to adapt to diets that they believe are healthier for them and for our environment. However, they love and genuinely enjoy the taste of certain meals or foods that are not a part of this diet, such as people who want to become vegan but hate to give up cheese. As this person points out, the phrase “go big or go home” doesn’t apply in this case!

Your change might be gradual – that’s perfectly fine. Go at your own pace until you graduate to the stage you desire. Even if you never manage to give up dairy products completely, but you give up other products, that’s okay too. You can still enjoy the meals you love while working on finding a substitute. Or, just change only what you’re comfortable letting go of.
