Accustomed to Risk
A lot of our behavior in our adult lives stems from how our parents raised us. The Twitter user here, Mikel Jollett, is well aware of that reality and says that the way Gen X was reared was entirely different than how newer generations were brought up. The same goes for Millennials and Generation Z.

Mikel also states that the differences in parenting styles are the main reason why Gen X is the way it is today. As he indicates, while Millennials and Gen Z received a lot of focused care and attention, Gen X was allowed to take far more risks as long as they didn’t do something like smoking weed in the kitchen. When parenting style do you think will prove to be more beneficial in the long run?
