#53: Not Bringing Stomach Remedies
Cruise vacations often involve richer foods, different meal schedules, and plenty of tempting desserts that travelers would not normally eat at home. Changes in routine, unfamiliar foods, and overeating can sometimes lead to indigestion, constipation, diarrhea, or nausea that quickly puts a dent in the vacation mood.

Packing a few basic stomach remedies can make handling minor digestive issues much easier during the trip. Antacids, motion sickness medicine, anti-diarrheal medication, and gentle laxatives are all smart items to have available just in case. Hopefully they stay untouched in the suitcase, but many travelers are grateful to have them when needed.
