50 Current Practices in Our Society That Will Be Considered Weird in the Future

Everybody has a side hustle these days. Most 9-to-5 jobs don’t pay enough for the average person to pay rent, buy groceries, and save extra cash. Some people hope that the 9-to-5 won’t be the norm in the future. This could be a good thing or a bad thing. No 9-to-5 either means people get paid more for getting their work done faster. Or they are working all the time.

We really hope the future of work is more balanced. A lot of companies are trying out the 4/10 schedule, which gives employees a three-day weekend. There’s the same amount of time in a work week. It’s just structured differently. Our jobs are changing with the times. Maybe job schedules need a refresh, too.
