#19: Tiny Shower Stalls
A tiny shower stall can make a bathroom feel less comfortable, even when it is clean. Cramped fiberglass inserts, low showerheads, narrow doors, or awkward corners may remind buyers of an old hotel bathroom instead of a relaxing space at home.

If there is room, replacing the stall with a larger shower can make a big difference. Smaller fixes also help: update the showerhead, add clear glass doors, improve lighting, and repair caulk or grout. Avoid bulky enclosures in small bathrooms.
