Times Americans Proved They Were Clueless

Is it weird that this one kind of warms my heart? I mean, this person is so, so far off when it comes to Germany, but they are trying. They clearly do know something about Germany’s past and are trying their best to show that they are informed.

It’s kind of like when a little kid learns a big new word and tries to use it in conversation, but they’re using the word completely wrong, and it’s so cute that they’re trying to show how smart they are that all you want to do is just pat them on the head. I just want to pat the person in this story on the head.
