Times When Good Intentions Resulted in Disastrous Outcomes

Supporting a friend who’s going through a breakup can be tricky; pointing out the flaws of their ex can be useful, but it can come back to bite you in the arse (excuse my French) if the breakup wasn’t final and they happen to get back together. That’s what happened to this person, and they ended up losing this friendship.

Although I have to say, it sounds like this was for the best. If this girl couldn’t see that he was just trying to be a supportive friend in her time of need, and she ended up taking her ex-boyfriend’s side, maybe she’s not much of a friend. Who needs her, anyway? Am I right?
