Unbelievable Things People Came Across While Traveling

Travelers come across all kinds of funny signs that don’t always make sense, especially when translated into English. When this person visited India, they couldn’t believe what this airport sign read – apparently passengers are prohibited from eating the carpet. You’d think that was kind of obvious but yet, here we are.

We’re sure what they meant to actually say was don’t eat ON the carpet because cleaning up afterward can end up being quite the hassle but hey, just to be sure don’t eat the carpet either. Considering all the dining options that are available at the airport, we don’t see why anyone would choose to do that anyway.
