#15: Jim J. Bullock as Neal Tanner
When Jim J. Bullock joined ALF as Neal Tanner, Willie’s slightly neurotic younger brother, he fit right in with the show’s mix of chaos and heart. Neal was nervous, charmingly awkward, and always one step behind the madness. Bullock’s elastic expressions and fast-paced humor gave every scene a jolt of comic energy.

By the time he appeared on ALF, Bullock was already a familiar TV presence. He’d gained fame as Monroe Ficus on Too Close for Comfort and as a regular on game shows and talk circuits. His quick wit and warm, goofy charisma made him a natural in front of a live audience.
