One person shared their underdog story with the thread, and it’s truly inspiring. When he was only two years old, he was in a really bad car accident. He survived but must have experienced a brain injury or some sort of trauma. We’re guessing this is the case because he shared that the doctor who treated him as a baby told his parents he would never read or write. 

He overcame all odds and was able to learn to read and write. He didn’t share if he underwent any struggles or hardships, but the desire to prove that doctor wrong probably kept him motivated through any trials and tribulations he may have experienced. The human mind is an amazing thing and can overcome huge odds.
