Statistically Unlikely Events That Happened to Everyday People

Okay, woah, this is one that is inexplicable enough to push me into full conspiracy theory mode. How is this even possible? What podcast are they listening to, and who is the speaker? How did they get the mail of the person whose podcast they were listening to, and why were they going through it exactly at that moment?

The only thing that I think could make this situation a little bit more plausible is if this person lives in some sort of small town and only has access to podcasts made in that same town as local news and culture shows. This town also has no addresses; the postman just guesses.
